Oxi-Tech’s Pulse Oxidation (POd) receives CREAM Innovation Award

Oxi-Tech was the proud recipient of the Innovation award presented at the CREAM Awards 2025 – the premier event for UK dairy farmers staged at Kenilworth, in September.

The award was made in recognition of Pulse Oxidation for Dairy, (POd) Oxi-Tech’s unique technology which energises cold water using low voltage electricity to create a clean but powerful disinfectant designed to replace chemicals to clean milking equipment whilst reducing costs, improving unit efficiency and sustainability.

“It was an honour and privilege to be amongst the winners of the prestigious annual CREAM awards showcasing some of the brightest dairy producers, vets and advisors, businesses and innovations the industry has to offer,” comments Oxi-Tech’s CEO, Paul Morris. “Our R&D findings have confirmed POd has the potential to become a real gamechanger being introduced as a retro-fit CIP system to existing milking systems both conventional and robotic, to manage key stages in producers’ milking routines.” he says.

  • Removes the requirement for a pre-milking teat cleaner (PreMTD)
  • Replaces the traditional CIP wash post milking.
  • Eliminates chemical usage in automatic cluster wash systems

Organised by British Dairying magazine, publisher Alan Whibley added: “The CREAM awards are staged to demonstrate what UK dairy can and is achieving; its winners are ambassadors for the industry showing leadership and innovation at a time when this is most needed.”
