Tracy has spent many years working as an Office Manager and Administrator both in the public and private sector and has a Diploma in Business Administration.

Stuart is an experienced sales professional with extensive experience in the Agri-Tech sector with particular interest in innovative emerging technologies.

Luke is an engineer who has spent the past 15 years in electro-mechanical design and manufacturing. “Do or do not. There is no ‘try’”.

A chemical engineering graduate, Max has spent his career working in research and development within the technology sector.

Billy is an embedded software engineer with 6 years experience in writing software and firmware for scientific applications and electronics. He is also currently finalising his PhD in Computer Science.

Experienced in delivering compounded long term shareholder value growth in his own businesses, Sean is also an experienced seed investor, providing financial and advisory support to innovators and entrepreneurs in their efforts to scale up their early-stage businesses. Sean’s primary focus has been backing problem-solvers in the high added-value engineering and technology sectors.

Hugo Pritchard-Law is an Investor Director at Oxi-Tech Solutions, representing its majority shareholder, Element Six, a global leader in synthetic diamond and advanced materials. At Element Six, Hugo is Head of Commercial Partnerships and Head of Intellectual Property. A qualified solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer, he brings extensive legal, commercial and strategic experience to the Board, particularly in complex partnerships, intellectual property, technology commercialisation and business development.

Damian Cavanagh is Oxi-Tech’s independent Non Executive Director. Damian is an experienced entrepreneur and prominent member of several investor networks in the South West including the Southern Angel Investors Club and Henley Business Angels.

Ralph Singleton from the FSE Group, is the Investor Director representative for the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Investment Fund (COISIF). He also manages the South West Investment Fund.

Rob is an experienced CFO within the venture capital and early stage sector, with an extensive track record of capital raising and funding.
